Printed on the reverse of the shirt is a reproduction of the original concert ticket from the gig itself.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe Free Trade Hall show has since become part of Manchester music folklore, with the band widely regarded as being at the height of their powers.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan style=\"font-size: small;\"\u003e\u003cspan face=\"arial, sans-serif\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"\u003ePerforming as a five-piece featuring Craig Gannon, the band walked on stage to Prokofiev’s \u003cem\u003eDance of the Knights\u003c\/em\u003e before launching into their new single \u003cem\u003eAsk\u003c\/em\u003e, alongside most of the tracks from \u003cem\u003eThe Queen Is Dead\u003c\/em\u003e and favourites including \u003cem\u003ePanic\u003c\/em\u003e, \u003cem\u003eMeat Is Murder\u003c\/em\u003e and \u003cem\u003eRusholme Ruffians\u003c\/em\u003e.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cspan face=\"arial, sans-serif\" size=\"2\" style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: small;\"\u003eThe photograph of Morrissey featured on the t-shirt was taken by Alison Bell, who was a student at the time, reviewing and photographing the concert for \u003cem\u003ePulp\u003c\/em\u003e, the student newspaper of what was then Manchester Polytechnic and is now Manchester Metropolitan University.
